When it comes to your weekly, or monthly shopping, do you often go and get everything you need at once, or do you usually buy some food and supplies and then go back out to the store when you need more stuff? I have in the past purchased enough to last me weeks, but other times I purchase only enough to last a few days. What is your preference?
I like to shop once a week. I have a habit of wasting food so I only buy enough for the week and get more food on the weekend. I have done it like this since living on my own and it works for me. Before I was shopping once or twice a month and I found myself wasting too much.
I don't like shopping all the time but I know if I don't go at least once a week, I will end up not having something when I need to cook or something will run out sooner than I expected. I do more online shopping now but groceries have to be done in the store.
I like to go a few times a week. I will have items stocked up but I like to keep certain things fresh. I don't have a very large fridge so I wouldn't have the room even if I wanted to shop less.
I like to shop once a week so I can make sure I have fresh items to eat. If I shopped every other week, I think I would end up living off frozen unhealthy foods which is not good!
