Does anyone here exercise or work out?

I have always had a hard time with this. I want to do it but I start and end up stopping after a while. I just get too bored. I am not overweight but I am not very active so I know my body could benefit from it. I just have to find something that isn't boring!

I try to stick to working out 3 times a week at a local gym. Most weeks I manage 3 sessions, sometimes I only do 2. It is hard to get into a routine, I know that! Maybe try finding a hobby that will get you more active instead?

I never been able to stick to something either. I just try to be active in my day to day happenings.

Where I work luckily requires me to be on my feet moving more than sitting.

I walk my dog every day. Usually 30 minutes minimum but when it is nice out, we do an hour-long walk at least a few times a week.  It is a good way to exercise and it keeps him happy.

I hate exercising in the sense that you use a machine or do repetitive motions. I would much rather get my workout being productive so a simple tip I can offer is to make chores harder. Like when I do laundry, I have to go down a flight of stairs so instead of carrying it all at once, I bring some down at a time. I will go up and down the steps 4 times. Then when it is dry, I do the same again. Only bringing up some.

I don't like working out either. I am not shocked to find out others here are not into it just the same. I don't know many people who do enjoy it. I think being active in general doesn't have to mean you need to join a gym or do repetitive exercises. Just move more.

I do not exercise as much as I need, but I try to have a healthy habit of using at least treadmill at home every morning or evening. It was a good decision and I can use it when I watch TV in case not to get bored. I also want to start riding a bike to spend more time out of the house

I don't. I never liked to do it. I am overweight because of it. Well, that is mostly down to my inactive lifestyle. I need to find hobbies and things to get me moving without it feeling like exercise.
