How clean/healthy is your diet?

I think most of us know at least one person who is not exactly healthy. I have a few family members and a friend who is overweight. One is very close to being obese. It seems to be a growing issue for a lot of people in different places around the world. I know some will say it is down to not moving enough but I think it has more to do with eating too much! 

I started to clean up my diet last year and lost some weight without even trying. I am not very active but I was enjoying sweets too often. I was able to get back down to my ideal weight in just 2 months of eating cleaner.

Not healthy or clean enough. I enjoy too much junk and convenient food because half the time I am either too tired or short on time to make full prepared meals. I really need to learn more recipes and focus on things that can be made quickly and cheaply so I have no excuse.

I eat healthy foods but I always eat unhealthy ones. I would say my diet is 50/50! I would like to get it to wear I am only eating one small unhealthy thing per day and then eventually only once or twice a week but it is a work in progress!

I eat out maybe 4 days a week so it can use some work. When I do eat at home, I stick to healthier choices mostly and I don't snack that often. I tend to only have 2 meals a day and a small snack at some point.

I love my sweets but I try to limit myself. I feel my health is a reflection of my diet choices and overall I feel great. I have no medical issues that I am aware of so I must be doing something right! I make sure to drink water and green tea daily and I like to give my body a resting period each week where I fast for 18 hours.
