I have had issues with back and neck pain for 10 years now. Sometimes it is not so bad and other times, it keeps me up at night. I like to approach it naturally but I am not sure how to actually heal the issues. How do you manage pain?

There's no one answer to this question, as everyone experiences and manages pain differently. However, some tips that may help include staying active (even if it's just gentle exercise), practicing relaxation techniques, and using heat or cold therapy. If over-the-counter medications aren't providing relief, it's important to talk to a doctor about other options.

Movement tends to help. As does ice and heat. I mean anytime I have pain, I will rest for one or two days and then carry on. If you sit still too long, it can make things worse.

It depends on the pain. I think that pain in and of itself should be temporary but we live in a world that would rather throw pills at a problem than to help the body heal.

Eating a healthier diet, rest, ice/heat, and movement usually helps. It depends on the kind of pain though.

I usually just use ice or bath salts. I can't stomach most pain killers as they give me stomach issues so I avoid them.

I think you should try Yoga, it helps a lot for back and neck
