It seems like a lot of people these days don't spend much time outdoors. I mean I can understand not spending time out when it is too cold or something but year-round. I need to work on this myself. I spend too much time indoors.
I spent more time outside in the summer for sure. I think in the winter months, people still should go outside for at least 10 minutes a day, not including walking to and from your car.
I'd like to stay in outdoor, I usually spend 3 days a week for exercising, 1 day to eat out and cf with friends. Young people should not stay indoor I think
I am a big fan of the outdoors. I like to hike, and I also like to camp. I like to go out this time of year because the weather is good, but sometimes it can be too hot.
I don't like the outdoors in the spring or summer... Until I am out there. I feel like it boosts my mood and helps me relax and handle life's stresses a lot easier.
I spent WAY more time when I was younger but I am looking to remedy that this year by starting a garden. Just hope that what I have started stays alive long enough. Still too cold to put everything outside.
You can think of this question in two ways. One is the total number of hours you've spent outdoors over the course of your life so far. The other is how many hours you spend outdoors per week on average. The latter is what I mean by 'how much time do you spend outdoors?'
I think spending time outdoors is important, especially if you live in a tightly packed city area. You should make use of the small local parks if you can!
