A friend of mine recently told me she spends a good 4 or 5 hours a day on social media. I couldn't believe it. She included all the social platforms but not YouTube. That is a long time to spend on social platforms if you ask me! How many hours a day do you spend on social media?
I don't spend a whole lot on social media in a day. I don't like to stick around it too long, otherwise I lost track of time and how long I've been on it.
I check my accounts a few times a day but usually don't spend any more than 20 minutes on one each time. So I would guess something like 2 hours max is spent on these sites.
