I have never been one to enjoy taking naps. I have a hard time falling asleep at night so anytime I take a nap, it makes it a lot harder to sleep at night. I would much rather sleep in once or twice a week to recharge myself. How about you?
I can't take a nap because it makes me hard to fall asleep at night, and also I have a lot work to do a day so in my subconscious it's always say "You cant sleep" kkk
I am the same as Arian. If I take a nap, it will mess up my sleep. I only take a nap if I absolutely have to otherwise I will end up in a pattern where I need a nap daily to make up for lost sleep at night.
My day has a lot of things to deal with, so when you lack sleep or are too tired from not getting enough sleep, taking a nap is also quite good because it can help me be more awake when I wake up to continue working.
I like to take naps when I can. But I find I just get more tired from taking naps, so I try to stay up through the day so that I fall asleep much better when I do go to bed. :)
I usually take 2 naps a week to catch up on lost sleep. I don't like to sleep in because it throws off my sleep scedule. It took me a very long time to get to a point where I can wake up in the morning on my own.
