A bit random but I have been having some stomach issues and I feel as though I need to eat food better designed to help it heal. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't want to eat or drink anything that doesn't stake good as I will not stick to it!

Do you like ginger? This is something you can add to meals as a flavoring and ingredient that is really good for the stomach. I like to drink it in my green tea when I have a stomach ache. It does wonders!

Ginger is a good one but if you are looking for things you can eat, most fruits are great for gut health. Some of the best are pears, bananas, and grapes! You want to be careful with citrus fruits if you have acid issues.

I would focus more on removing unhealthy things. Even if you eat better items, if you still eat things that are making your stomach bad it will not heal or get better!

@photastic I agree with this. I think you are best off starting slow and getting rid of things that you know are upsetting your stomach. You can add in healthier stuff as you go. It will make it easier to eat healthier as well.

I think you should stop eating foods that taste too spicy or too sour. Drink warm water and limit alcoholic beverages. But the best way is to get advice from a doctor or a friend who really understands this.
