Once I have children, I will be most likely live in Vietnam for the lower living costs. But I would make sure they are attending a good school, an English center and have great health insurance. Those would be my biggest concerns.
@bananamilk I have seen many people bring their children back to Vietnam, but most of them want their children to travel, not settle down.
I love traveling but I feel like it would be hard to travel with children. Maybe once they are older, then it would probably be much easier but now while they are young!
That is a good point. Taking them when they are older would make a big difference. I would imagine traveling with a young child has to be pretty hard. What age would you say is best? 12+?
Not likely. I don't like the idea of getting on a plane with children. Even older children can be an issue. I would rather go with them when they are adults.
If I do have children, I would not travel with them until they are old enough to look after themselves. I would not want to have something happen or ruin the trip because one of them is acting out.
