Having had some of the seafood in the area before, I can say it is some of the best I have had, period. I have had seafood in other places like the UK and Japan and Vinh Hy Bay beat both!

I think Vinh Hy Bay has really expanded in the last 20 or so years to actually become more of a tourist location. I don't remember there being this much going on when I was a child and went there. I will have to go again as an adult and see all the changes for myself in person.

Hi, I saw your post about Vinh Hy Bay in Vietnam. I've been there a couple of times and love it!
I wanted to share with you a few things that I haven't seen on your list:
1. Go during the fall season. The weather is cooler, but it's not cold. It's perfect for hiking and camping.
2. There are several hiking trails that lead to beautiful waterfalls and one leads right into the sea! It's so cool!

@Habanero Wow, the crystal clear waters and stunning scenery of Vinh Hy Bay are calling my name, I can't wait to experience it for myself and truly escape into nature! The gladdest moment in human life, me thinks, is a departure into unknown lands., Sir Richard Burton.

The weather alone is enough of a reason to visit, especially if you love the beach and water scene. I think this place is beautiful and filled with so much life, love, and culture. It is amazing.

I love the food in this area. I am normally not a seafood eater but they have amazing dishes that aren't fishy at all. That is how you know they are of higher quality.

I absolutely loved my time in Vinh Hy Bay! The scenery is breathtaking and the water is so clear. I was able to see so many different types of fish and other marine life. I also loved the cultural experiences. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful destination.

Oh, I see, Vinh Hy Bay is just a boring place with nothing to see or do. Who would want to visit a beautiful bay surrounded by lush forests, diverse marine life, and rich cultural heritage? And who on earth would want to escape the chaos of city life and seek peace and tranquility in such a place? Definitely not me.
