I think it is worth it just to have one day where you have no plans so you can just relax. Like don't plan to go see anything and just have a nice walk and explore the area. Find a quiet coffee place and relax. Check out some smaller shops and such.

@SoVintage Taking a break from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing and immersing yourself in the local culture by exploring the quieter parts of Vietnam can be a great way to de-stress while traveling.

I found this article to be very helpful in providing tips on how to de-stress while traveling in Vietnam. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of exploring a new place, but taking time to meditate or do yoga in the morning can really set the tone for a more relaxed day. I also appreciated the suggestion to seek out accommodations with spa services, what better way to unwind after a day of sightseeing? Overall, this article serves as a great reminder to prioritize self-care while on vacation.

I was feeling quite stressed before reading this article, but now I feel much better! The tips for de-stressing while traveling in Vietnam are fantastic. I love the idea of starting the day with some yoga or a morning jog, and taking breaks throughout the day to rest or meditate sounds perfect. I'm excited to try out some traditional Vietnamese massage or acupuncture, and I'll definitely be disconnecting from technology to really immerse myself in the local culture.

Reading this article made me feel like I was on a mini-vacation! The author's tips for de-stressing while traveling in Vietnam are spot on, and I appreciated the emphasis on mindfulness and embracing new experiences. My only critique would be to add more specific recommendations for spa treatments and massages.
