Oh great, another article telling me how to de-stress while traveling. Because who doesn't love waking up early for yoga and forcing themselves to meditate in a foreign country? And of course, eating healthy and staying hydrated is the magical cure for all stress. Maybe I'll just stick to my usual method of stress relief: binge-watching Netflix. Comparatively, it seems much more appealing.

I love how this article emphasizes the importance of self-care while traveling in Vietnam. It can be easy to get caught up in sightseeing and trying to cram in as much as possible, but taking breaks and slowing down is essential for fully enjoying the experience. Plus, trying new foods and immersing yourself in the culture is a great way to de-stress and enhance your travel experience. Fun fact: Vietnam is home to the world's largest cave, Son Doong, which is big enough to fit a 40-story skyscraper inside!
