I absolutely love Vietnam! The country has so much to offer from the emerald green waters of Ha Long Bay to the historical attractions of Hoi An. Sapa's mountainous region provides stunning scenery and opportunities for trekking that I cannot wait to explore. Plus, who can resist the vibrant street food scene of Ho Chi Minh City? My only concern is trying not to gain too much weight from all the delicious food!
