I ask because I noticed a lot of Asians that are Christian typically don't live in their country of origin. Many move to America, Australia, or the UK for whatever reason. I am just curious to know of Christianity is a thing in Vietnam.
There are about 1.5 million Christians in Vietnam. Amazingly, many young people are. It is a Christianity of the Inquisition, with extremely-devoted members who go to mass at least 2 times a day, many 5 times. Most of them are Christians since generations. For them, it is among other things a way to counter communism, though the Viet communism have nothing to do with the Chinese one ; the Viet politicians have understood long time ago that theeebst way to have happy citizens is to live them alone as long as they follow the Law.
Christians are everywhere in the world. I think it is one of few if not the only religion that you will find everywhere and this is likely down to their traveling ministries.
Yes, but not as many as other nations. It really depends on where you are. I think they are mostly in collected areas to be with each other.
7% of the country is said to be some form of Christianity but it seems like Catholicism is the most popular branch in Vietnam.
