What are some of the best alcoholic beverages to drink in Vietnam? When I went all those times, I never drank, mainly because my mom didn't want me to. When I travel again, I plan to try some drinks. Do you guys have any good suggestions? Any drinks worth trying?
All the young people like to drink Strongbow or Tiger from what I remember last year going there. It was my first time going last year and I can't believe how many girls be drinking Strongbow beer. Some of them look too young to be drinking too but there is no age restriction to drink beer in Vietnam so I guess it's normal.
I'm not much of a drinker myself, but I have enjoyed a couple cups of rice wine myself. I haven't tried Saigon beer or other popular drinks yet, but one of these days I will try them all eventually.
