Its depends on the location. We have fiber too and they're great service provider. Most of Vietnamese people used 45mbit speeds for 775.000vnd/month.

Depends on the location, it will be slow if your ISP has a lot of customers in your area.

I suggest you to chose fiber optic only. We pay 775.000 ($35) for 45mbit through Viettel, and it's been great

From my travels to Vietnam I thought the internet was fairly fast for the most part. Of course I never stayed long enough to know how much it costs or how fast it is. But I rarely had problems.
