@banhtrangphucuong I have heard of this but never actually tried it. it sounds really good. I will have to see if I can find any recipes online for it. I don't know when I will be in Vietnam again at this point.
I have had something similar to roasted pork rice paper. Based on the description anyways but it was not called that. I never was able to figure out what it was called.
I love the traditional and classic dishes of Vietnam the most I think. I noticed there was a push for more "westernized" foods in the last 10 or so years, especially with dessert and coffee drinks, things like that.
