While in Hoi An, Ms Puiyi (real name Siew Pui Yi) decided to wear a black traditional Vietnamese dress called áo dài without pants and showing her lovely round ass.

She apologized later about her offensive ao dai photos. First time I heard of her, my guess is she got most of her followers by doing this. Are you offended by this?

I'm offended but at least she apologized and she does have a sexy body so I'll forgive her.

I hadn't heard of this.

I mean if she holds a certain standard for herself and her fans, then I guess she needed to apologize. I don't know. I am indifferent about it. I have seen women wear MUCH less in the music industry out West.

If you got it, flaunt it!... Well, no. Not like this.

I think there is a time and a place and I was pretty offended by it. I don't care how nice she is or how fit she is, she needs to be classier as a public figure.

This is traditional clothing, not a lingerie piece. As a Vietnamese person, I have to say that if she does not wear pants under the dress, she is showing her disrespect for the Vietnamese people.

It was disrespectful. If it was just some other dress, fine but she knows better and still did it anyway. This should not have happened.

@lofire @vietzone I agree with you both! Traditional dresses should remain classy (can I double tag?)

The kids there were probably like "Mommy! Look!" She's so wrong for doing this in a public place.

She's such a beautiful girl. Some people are unaware that they can offend cultural values in this way.

I believe that there are things that should remain inviolable regardless of time.

Once I was at an oriental food festival and saw women in traditional Vietnamese dresses. They looked like goddesses sent from heaven. Honestly, I liked Ms. Puiyi's lingerie. I recently bought a similar one from https://www.blackalice.co.uk/collections/erotic-lingerie. Plus, she's got great curves, so her only problem is her lack of modesty.
