dogs and cats are the most popular pets to own. There are also many dog/cat petting cafes in Vietnam.

I think dogs are probably the majority in most countries. There are a lot of wild dogs roaming the streets in Vietnam too.

roosters are very popular. they always wake me up in the morning with their crowing. I don't know if it's for cockfighting or raising eggs.

@ramenkid Oh that is interesting about the roosters! It sounds like that would be very annoying because they are very loud animals.

Yes , I've heard that cats and dogs are most commonly kept as pet animals in Vietnam , but I also heard that your pet must be registered in Agricultural ministry of Vietnam.
