This is great news for Vietnam. It sounds like Samsung would like to promote more production of their products in Vietnam. This is great for the Vietnam economy. Plus, they will be creating new jobs. So a ++ in my book.

good for them during this pandemic. it's a win for Vietnamese people and a bigger win for Samsung.
