Vietnam's richest billionaire businesswoman Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (chairwoman of VietJet) and second richest billionaire in Vietnam has committed $155 million GBP to Oxford University's Linacre College and is seeking permission to change the school's name to Thao University.
That is a lot of money! Is this really just to change the name? I never heard of anyone donating this much only expecting a name change to come of it.
