When it comes to Vietnam, I imagine many people grow up with religion. But, I'm not familiar with all the religions in Vietnam. I'm aware of Buddhism, and Confucianism but that's really it. Does anyone believe in Christianity in Vietnam? I'm not a very religious person myself, but would still love to learn more about Vietnamese religions.

Yeah, to my understanding buddhism is big in Vietnam. I am not a very religious person either, but was born into Christianity, but kind of lost track of it when I was a teen. I'd rather be a buddhist to be honest!

@amy This isn't the first time I heard someone say this. A couple years ago, an acquaintance of mine, who was catholic Vietnamese American, told me they wish they were buddhist. It's not like you're stuck in whatever religion you were brought up in. If you really want to be buddhist then become buddhist!
