All import foods are expensive because they are not stocked locally. We import fruits and such but do it in bulk so we often don't notice the charge being passed onto us.

@kikobeep I feel the same way. I just think it is a lot of work and money to do it the right way. I feel like people tend to only own them as a status symbol though and they become neglected. 

I take them as I need them. I am trying to work on fixing my diet. Eating less sweets and salty packaged foods and going for more fresh meals and minimal snacking.
