Are you concerned about food shortages?

I know this will impact most of the world if it happens and I have to be honest, I am worried. I am growing a few things just in case but it is not enough to live off of. I can afford prices going up but I am not sure what we will do if there is nothing to buy at all.

I think you are doing something smart. If anyone has concerns, you should grow food. Some of my family are doing this. My sister for example is growing peppers, onions, potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, lettuce, and a few other things. She is trying her hand at gardening for the first time and she is already seeing amazing results.

Yes and no. I think we have more than enough food in production all over the world. The issue is that the supply chains that manufacture things like aluminum, plastic, and so on will be facing issues. I wish we would switch back to glass where we can to counteract this.

I think that we will have times where things will become more expensive and trade will be stalled but I think we will manage. Life always goes on!

There are more shortages piling up. China is now having all their shipments sitting ocean-side like what happened to the US in 2021. It is going to be a mess!
