Do you watch any anime?  

Have you ever watched Fullmetal Alchemist? That is not a new one but still a good one.

Attack on Titan is another one I would recommend. 

Cowboy Bebop is a good one but it is short. Only one season. You may have watched it already as it is not new. A lot of people enjoy One Punch Man but I have not gotten into that. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is another one a lot of people recommend. I have not watched it so I am not sure about it. 

I watched it when I was a teen. I can't recommend any of the new stuff having never seen anything. You could probably find a list of recommendations on one of the dozens of anime blogs/sites out there!

I would recommend the Japanese anime "Kingdom" and the Japanese anime "Legend of the Galactic Heroes".

Digimon

I remember watching this as a kid and no one else being into it. Like all my friends teased me fore liking it. They teased me over Pokemon eventually as well so I just ended up not watching either anymore.
