How much time do you spend on your phone?

I noticed I don't spend as much time on my phone as most people. I think this is down to mainly only being online at my computer. I spend a lot of time on that, for sure! I mainly just use my phone for calls, texts, and taking a quick pictures. I think I only spend maybe an hour a day max on the thing but some days I don't even pick it up, especially if I am off work and not leaving the house.

I am not sure. If I had to guess, I would say maybe 2 hours in total a day. More if I am using it for pictures and things like that.

I really don't know. I think I spend a lot less time than others though. Some people in my family and a lot of my friends even are glued to their phones. It can sometimes be annoying.

How can I check? I really don't pay attention. I have it on me or by me at all times, only when I am sleeping is it kept away. I am not on social sites all that much, outside from places like this.

@aodaii There are apps for this though some phones have "screen on" timers that will tell you built right into the phone. Mine has a feature like this so for me, it tends to be around 2.5 hours per day and this is checking emails, taking calls, and texting.

I would guess anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on what I am doing. I will browse on my phone, sometimes play games, text, and use it for pictures.
