I am guilty of not drinking enough. I try to drink it but I get bored of it and I don't really care for it so I opt for juices and sodas which I know aren't healthy. I looked into water flavoring drops but they all contain fake sugar, which is something I am allergic to. What other options do I have?

The only ones I know of are skratch and Liquid I.V. but those are both vitamin based I believe and don't offer strong flavoring so it might not be what you are after.

Are you in the US or can you buy from the UK? Kool Aid is free from the stuff. You have to add a lot of sugar to it though but you will be getting more water at least! lol

Don't you have to add a ton of sugar to that for it to taste good? I mean sure, you will be drinking water but the sugar kind of defeats the purpose, no?

Using real fruit is probably the easiest and healthiest way. You just clean fruit, cut it, and throw it in water you keep chilled in the fridge. Usually, this is not enough flavor for someone who is coming off of 100% juice though, you will have to adjust to it.

Why not try tea with a bit of sugar? It will be sweet, flavored, and not just plain water. White tea is really nice cold as is green tea.

@thirdstrikeiii I was going to suggest this as well. There are some flavorings you can buy too that are made for teas and coffees that can be added to this too. I have done it with white tea. I got some raspberry flavoring and it was pretty nice!

Really, you should just adjust yourself to drinking it. Just practice. Drink it daily and aim for a small amount and increase it over time. Even if you have to chug it to get it down. Eventually, you will be able to drink it. I had a friend who hated water and couldn't drink it at all, never did his whole life but he wanted to be healthier. Took him about 2 months and now he drinks nothing but water and unsweetened tea.
