Twitter sale no more?  

I heard. I thought he would have pulled out of the deal a while ago. They clearly don't want to sell and are making it next to impossible. My friend is convinced they are hiding information that actually goes against the people. Like government manipulation and abuse. 

I really don't understand the legal end of it but Twitter is suing him over this.

I would not have expected them to just roll over and let him walk away.

This is just going to end up being a mess and serve as a distraction. The US has so many issues. They need to focus on fixing their economy and their issues with the government! 

I heard Twitter won't let Elon pull out of this deal. They will give him a hard time.

I think he wanted this. He wanted information on bots and they refused to give it to them so now they have to show it in court so he backed them into a corner on purpose. 

This is going to just be another messy battle in a court somewhere.

I feel like both involved parties are being so immature. Twitter should have been up front and honest and Elon shouldn't have been making jokes. 

I heard that he is very likely to lose in court and be forced to buy Twitter as well as pay for all the legal fees. I guess we will find out in October. 

A friend of mine who is on Twitter has said Elon has been quiet recently so I am wondering if this is down to legal stuff taking place over Twitter. Maybe he was told to remain quiet on the issue for now.
