I like that soup is considered breakfast. I have always preferred lunch meals for breakfast over the standard everyone else seems to eat... Cereal, donuts, eggs and bacon.

I tend not to mix salty with sweet. So when I was in Vietnam, I would either have pho or I would have something sweet with a coffee for breakfast. I do like how everyone makes a point to make this meal so relaxing.

Breakfast in Vietnam is way more peaceful and relaxing compared to what I grew up with... Which was a rush, yelling, and just generally not healthy food!

It's funny, I've been to Vietnam before, and I'm pretty sure these rules don't apply there.

In fact, it seems like the only rule that applies in Vietnam is "eat whatever you want, whenever you want." The food is so good that the people there don't even care if you have breakfast or not.

The coffee in Vietnam is amazing. I'm definitely going to try to eat healthy while I'm here so I can feel good all day long. And I'm definitely going to get out and explore as much as I can.

I love breakfast in Vietnam! There are so many different options available and it's a great way to start the day. I always make sure to try a variety of dishes and to be punctual, as breakfast is usually served between 6 and 8 am.
