Ho Chi Minh City is the best part of southern Vietnam to me. Just because it is so lively, colorful, busy, and everything is always moving. It feels like you are in a painting!

@nhimxuxu As much as I hate cities, this is one that I never felt the need to leave or escape from right away. Even though it is busy and can be loud at times, there is something different about it.

I can't wait to go to Vietnam!

I've heard that the food is amazing, and the scenery is breathtaking. I'm not sure what else there is to do, but I'm sure it will be fun!

@Oblock Are you going to Southern Vietnam?

I think the best season to go is coming up. I am not sure if you are going this year to now but I find the south to be amazing from November until February.

I would add a few things to this list.
1. Go to Ngoc Son Temple and watch the sun rise over the ocean. It's the most beautiful place in Vietnam and the sunrise is breathtaking.
2. Go on a boat ride around Halong Bay for some amazing views of the karst islands and sea caves.
3. Try out street food! Especially if you're a vegetarian, there are plenty of options for you to try out in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi!

I am going to have to do this next trip. I have heard this before and completely forgot about it until you mentioned it. Did you get any pictures!?

Well, I just read about 10 things to do in Southern Vietnam, and it’s not like I’m a travel expert or anything, but I’m pretty sure that just sitting in my hotel room for the whole trip would be just as fulfilling. I mean, who needs the beach, the food, the culture, and the adventure, am I right? But hey, to each their own. Last time I traveled, I went to Tokyo and tried horse sashimi for the first time, which was an experience I won’t forget.
