I am not a fan of backpacking but I admire those you enjoy it. I would much rather take a taxi and enjoy the places around me without going a far distance when I am in another country lol

I think Vietnam is so underrated with younger travelers. They all seem to want to go to Mexico, Japan, etc. but I don't hear of them going to Vietnam hardly ever.

If you compare markets around the world, some are far worse than others. Many places have not only encouraged a class of renters but they reward them for not buying property.
