@mrzero If you go in the rainy season, you will likely have to deal with some storms and a lot of cloudy days. You can avoid this by avoiding the months when it is most likely to rain.
I almost went to this beach on one of my trips but it was a last-minute plan the afternoon prior to me leaving and it was pouring rain! I was so bummed out because I heard this is one of if not the best beach in all of Vietnam.
