Like some countries are famous for having tea, coffee and  alcohol drinks what's the famous drink in Vietnam?

Rượu đế which is a clear distilled liquor. I believe it is made from rice. It is a pretty strong drink as well, many have compared it to moonshine if you have ever had that (or heard of it).

I actually didn't know this. I could have sworn the drink was a tea drink. I guess the more you know? Is this nationwide?

Since Vietnam is a humid and hot country most drinks have cooling and relaxing effects. SUGAR CANE JUICE is a famous drink sold on every street in Vietnam. VIETNAMESE STICKY RICE WINE. The wine is made using sticky rice that is fermented with yeast.

So is this for alcoholic beverages or both? I have read and heard mixed things but never actually looked into it a whole lot to know which one it is!
