On March 10th, 2022, Binz released a video called “The Story” with a length of 4 minutes. It revolves around sharing a love that is also the inspiration for “Don’t Break My Heart“. This is a new product that was launched on March 14th.
Before becoming an internationally famous rapper, Binz studied painting and graduated from Fine Art at RMIT Melbourne University (Australia). After that, he studied Interior Design at The Art Institute (USA). So, as the audience can see in this MV, he expresses his painting ability. Besides, the audience will know more about his simple version with a T-shirt, jeans and an apron.
Love and art are inseparable, Binz shared. According to Binz, love is the inspiration for art, and art is a tool to express love. In addition, he also told a famous quote of Marilyn Monroe “If you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best”. For him, the contradictions always exist in love, his lover can do whatever she wants because he knows that when a woman creates wounds, she can heal them as long as she doesn’t break his heart by coming out of his life.
In addition, Binz and the SpaceSpeakers team released a merchandise collection with the same name as this MV to promote musical projects. Besides the designs of T-shirts, hats, bandanas or socks, the “Don’t Break My Heart” collection also has 3 jacket designs made of genuine leather. Furthermore, each color is the public offering with VND 100 million per item. Notably, all proceeds from the item sales will be sent to Heartbeat Vietnam.
Binz also shared that this song is the initial song for SpaceSpeakers’ 11th-anniversary album that will be released this year.

Does he have a place where we can actually see some of his work? I love to follow new artists (painters) on socials or just on their own sites. I would love to see some of what he has made!
I love hearing the story behind this. I knew he was into art but I had no idea it went this deep. I feel like this is something he probably goes to for stress relief and inspiration in his music.
